Buffalo Stampede - 5th Annual

The Buffalo Stampede is the Sagamore Council, Boy Scouts of America's Annual Cycling Event! The proceeds from this public event support summer scouting programs at Camp Buffalo.

The Buffalo Stampede features five route lengths all coursing in and around the Tippecanoe River valley in the Indiana counties of White, Pulaski, and Cass. The Century ride will also visit Starke County. Riders of all ages and skill levels are welcome to participate. All route distances have SAG stops.

General public riders: $40/rider. (Ticket price includes the ride, a post-ride meal, patch, and an award) T-shirts will be available to pre-order. Camping options also available.

Family Fun Ride 13 mile: $17/rider (Includes the ride, a post-ride meal, and a patch); 4 or more family members from the same household $55.

Younger scouts or scouts that are novice riders are encouraged to to register and ride the Family Fun Ride 13 mile. $17/ rider (Includes the ride, a post-ride meal, and a patch).

Scout riders: $40/rider. For any route greater than the 13-mile Fun Ride.

Ticket price includes ride, t-shirt, award, patch, and post-ride meal.

Camping options for scouting units are also available.

All rides will begin at Camp Buffalo (9400 N Boy Scout Rd, Monticello, IN 47960).

  • 100-mile ride: 7am
  • 100km ride: 8am
  • 28-mile ride: 10am
  • 52-mile ride: 10am
  • Family fun ride 13 mile: 10am
