The tour follows two separate east and west routes that change each year. Every year the tour starts in Port Byron and stops in Savanna and Platteville. In even years the tour then stays in Richland Center, Reedsburg, and Elroy and in odd years the tour then stays in Prairie du Chien, Viroqua, and La Crosse. The tour ends in Sparta every year.
