The American Cancer Society's only Ohio Hope Lodge, it provides a home away from home for cancer patients and their caregivers when their best option for successful treatment is at one of Cleveland's world-renowned cancer treatment and research centers.
HOW? This epic cycling event is ONLY POSSIBLE through the support of tenacious fundraising riders, dedicated volunteers, and generous sponsors and in-kind donors, who often come back year after year because this event is truly special. Shared experiences and stories of love, loss, and hope bring us all together.
WHO? Bicycling enthusiasts, volunteers, and staff, with support from financial donors, event sponsors, and in-kind product contributors, raise money to help end cancer as we know it, for everyone.
WHAT? The Pan Ohio Hope Ride (POHR) 2025 is a fully supported bicycle tour of Ohio, raising money and awareness of the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge located in Cleveland, Ohio, aiming to raise $1 million.
WHEN? Thursday, July 23 - Sunday, July 26, 2026, kicking off with dinner on Wednesday, July 22, 2026.
WHERE? Covering nearly 350 miles of scenic Ohio between Cleveland and Cincinnati across 4 days, with overnight stays at Ohio colleges, helping raise awareness about the cause in these college towns and all along the route. There is a nominal lodging fee for campus lodging, which helps ACS cover event expenses, or riders may book and pay for hotel rooms at an ACS discounted rate. All meals are included with registration.
WHY? Proceeds of the funds raised by the 2026 Hope Ride will support the cancer patients and caregivers being served by the Joseph S. and Jeannette M. Silber Hope Lodge in Cleveland, Ohio.
