The American Cancer Society Pan Ohio Hope Ride is a fully supported, scenic charity bicycle adventure across the State of Ohio - from Cleveland to Cincinnati - covering more than 328 miles while traversing a variety of terrains with something for everyone.

Cycling enthusiasts of all levels (ages 18+) are invited to join us for one, two, or all four full or half days. Or Create Your Own 328 ride for the cause, cycling 328 miles where and when it's convenient for you. All participants raise money to support the American Cancer Society mission, making every mile more meaningful.

At the Pan Ohio Hope Ride, participants and volunteers come together to honor cancer survivors, spread the word about reducing cancer risk, and raise money to help end cancer as we know it, for everyone!

The Pan Ohio Hope Ride is a fully supported charity cycling tour of Ohio, benefiting the Cleveland Hope Lodge, the American Cancer Society's only Hope Lodge in the State of Ohio. Proceeds benefit the Cleveland Hope Lodge, which provides free accommodations to cancer patients and their caregivers when their best option for care is far from home.

Located in the cozy, vibrant Little Italy community, this home-away-from-home provides more than a place to stay, addressing physical and fiscal needs. It also offers a variety of amenities, services, and activities that help with daily needs while supporting the mental and emotional wellness of both the patient and caregiver, enabling them to focus on getting better.
