Join us Sunday, July 21 for a gravel ride you won't forget, as part of the Culver Lake Fest! We'll meet at the Lighthouse in the Culver Town Park at 9:45am and depart promptly at 10.

We'll follow an intermediate-level course north along Marshall County's finest unpaved roads, including Union Road, Upas Road, Tulip Road, Tamarack Road and the unforgettable Sage Trail near Ancilla College. Turn East on 13B, turning around at SR17, to add ~ 4 miles of gorgeous forested gravel to your ride.

Get ready to for some rougher roads and some higher climbs than you might expect (probably more like 600-700 feet of elevation gain)! We will ride on busy State Road 8 for ~2 miles, so be sure to make yourself visible for passing vehicles.
There will be a simple SAG stop water and fig bars on Tulip Road south of 9C Road in the DNR Nature preserve parking lot near the halfway point.

All riders must wear a helmet, sign a liability waiver and provide emergency contact info which will be kept confidential. Riders should be physically able to complete the ride, fix flats and handle mechanical issues.

Strava Route:

B group at ~12-14 mph. Faster riders can load the ride and ride at whatever pace you prefer.

The Lake Fest Car Show will also be going on, so be sure to check out the awesome classic cars on display and grab lunch from food vendors.

As the fest will be busy, plan to park at the Town Lot on Lake Shore Drive just north of the Inn by the Lake (830 N Lake Shore Dr, Culver, IN 46511).

The ride is free, but donations to the Lake Fest fund are welcome.
