Participating in Bike MS is a thrilling journey! With each mile you ride and each dollar you fundraise, we get closer to our ultimate goal: a cure for multiple sclerosis.

Bike MS is the largest fundraising cycling series in the world and we are committed to providing you with a fully supported ride experience, marked with passion, inspiration and camaraderie you will never forget.

Here are a few things to expect during your ride:

• Training: No matter your cycling skill, we will make sure you have the opportunity to train and sharpen your skills. Try out our custom training plans with Velopro or join local group training rides so you can connect with fellow cyclists.
• Prizes: All cyclists who meet the fundraising minimum will receive an exclusive Bike MS T-shirt and medal. Your first fundraising level starts at $500. Once you cross that threshold, you'll be well on your way to earning special prizes and eventually our Bike MS fundraising jersey.
• Ride Support: The ride will have rest stops (stocked with hydration and nutritious snacks) every 8 to 18 miles, well-marked routes, medical support, bike mechanics and ride marshals along the route.
