The Polar Pedal Bike Ride (5 Mile one way, 10 Mile Roundtrip) is an annual event hosted by City of Indianapolis. This year's Polar Pedal is scheduled for February 21 at 10:00 AM, with a rain/weather date of February 28 at 10:00 AM. This ride is designed for all neighbors who are able to participate. The route is relatively easy, with minimal hills and no unpaved sections.

Participants may choose between a 5-mile or 10-mile ride. The initial 5-mile segment will travel from Riverside Adventure Park to the Madam Walker Legacy Center, where participants can warm up, use restrooms, and purchase snacks and beverages. Participants may either conclude their ride there or bike back to Riverside Adventure Park.
