The Ride is a fun and picturesque tour over rolling countryside near the shores of Lake Michigan. Cyclists can visit many art studios, wineries, cider mills, family farms and orchards to sample or/buy products. Lunch, snacks & water are included.

Route distances depend on the starting point and range from 15 to 62 miles in length (subject to change).

We discontinued our 100 mile route because it was difficult for us to provide support for such an expansive area.

Snacks and bottled water are provided at most of the tour/rest stops.

Lunch will be available at the Glenn Community Center from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Lunch will also be available at the starting points from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Fruit, produce, wine, cider, art and other local products will be available for purchase. A concierge service will provide for transport of purchases back to the starting point.

Cyclists can choose to begin the ride in Douglas or in South Haven, MI (see addresses and maps to the right). Each starting point has four routes for varying abilities on flat to rolling terrain ranging from 15 to 62 miles in length. Registration is open from 8:00 to 11 a.m. Cyclists should be done with their Ride by 3:30 p.m. The tour includes lunch, snacks, water and SAG support.

A free concierge service will deliver any products purchased along your route to the starting point. Register by August 20th to save $15. Lakeshore Harvest Ride t-shirts are available for purchase, an order form is part of the application. T-shirts will also be sold at the Glenn Community Center during lunch but supplies are limited.
