Once again, the Madison Area Bicycle Club is pleased to offer a simplified “no-frills” version of the Annual Madison Meander. Routes of 20, 35 and 60 miles are offered through beautiful Jefferson, Ripley, Ohio and Switzerland Counties in Southern Indiana. We are providing road markings, cue sheets and maps and with strategically noted country stores and cafés for your refreshment needs. There will be no official SAG stops or SAG vehicles on the ride, but bicycle club members will be on the road with you to help. We're offering this with a no-frills fee, too, of only $5.00 ! If you are a Madison Area Bicycle Club member or join the MABC ($15 single, $20 family) on ride-day, there is NO CHARGE for the Meander. (It pays to belong!) No PRE-registration is necessary, but please bring a completed registration form (download here, 135kb) with you on the day of the ride. It makes the paperwork so much easier ! This will be a mass start, unless you decide to start earlier on your own. At the registration site you will be able to sign your waiver (required), pick up your ride info, pay your $fiver$ and choose your route. There will be some start-up snacks-bananas, PBJ, etc., to get us going and to pack along if you like.
