Ever wanted to take your OWN laps around the world-famous Indianapolis Motor Speedway? Here's your chance! Grab your bicycle and join us at the Speedway for the 2008 Tour de Cure—our 34th annual bicycling event held at the Speedway!

Whether you choose to cycle a 50K or 75K Road Route, a few laps around the Track, or a combination of both, you'll begin and end your ride at the Pagoda near the Winner's Circle.

Pedal along nearby city streets and on scenic country roads as part of a road ride. No matter which distance you choose, you'll get your fair share of flat roads, gentle inclines, and even a few hills!

Ride leisurely laps around the Track with your family and friends, or take a few victory laps after your road ride! No matter how many laps you make, you'll enjoy this unique opportunity to get up close and personal with this historic venue!

More than 21 million Americans and 578,800 Hoosiers are currently living with type 1, type 2 or gestational diabetes. Raising money on behalf of those children and adults will make the ride even more memorable! All cyclists must raise a minimum of $150 to participate, in addition to the registration fee, and will receive the 2008 Tour de Cure commemorative t-shirt. Raise more, and you can choose a special thank you gift from a selection of cycling apparel (including the coveted Tour de Cure cycling jersey for $500 or more), popular electronics, and other fun items! Best of all, the money you raise will help send children with diabetes to a special summer camp just for them, fund diabetes research efforts, and help us educate the public about diabetes through our informational programs, brochures and materials, National Call Center, and website resources.
