Bike Rides in Indiana

Several years ago, in 1999 I think, a friend that I used to ride with a lot decided ride across the US. It was a fully supported tour package, so besides writing a large check, all you had to do was ride your bike from California to Massachusetts.

Earnie was able to send me roadside reports every so often documenting his trip. I was the webmaster for our bicycle club and I formatted the reports, copied some photos from a newspaper that was also covering the trip, and posted them on the website.

A couple of years ago I quit as webmaster, and all of the feature articles were lost. However, I have been able to locate these articles and thought it would be a nice series to read now that winter is approaching.

I haven't changed any of the look of the original postings, so if it looks kinda retro, that's why. It is.
